Printed Products
All printed products are checked piece by piece before being shipped.
Because of this quality control, we do not offer refunds or returns on printed items unless they arrive damaged or defective in transit.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., downloadable templates, guides, or resources), all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and delivered.
Services
Refunds for services (e.g., branding, marketing strategy, campaigns, consultancy) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of marketing and creative services, AeonBranding cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, rankings, or leads. Each business will see different results.
If you are unhappy with the service delivered, please contact us at hello@aeonbranding.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss your situation.
Partial refunds, credits, or alternative solutions may be offered at our discretion.
